為甚麼營銷需要「年輕化」?
現今年輕群體的消費能力明顯提升,將會成為市場消費的主導者,為爭奪這群充滿潛力的消費群體,年輕化的營銷策略對品牌發展相當重要。
甚麼品牌需要這樣做呢?
首先,年輕化只是營銷策略,並非品牌的目標。不是所有品牌、所有行業都有這個需要。例如是B2B企業更重視專業、可信、安全的形象,因此採用年輕化營銷策略的作用不大。但是對B2C企業來說,營銷年輕化可有助品牌形象、點擊率銷售等問題。
所以,不是需要打動年輕人才使用年輕化的營銷策略,而是基於品牌的目標而使用迎合年輕人趨勢的營銷策略。先確認品牌在現今世代下有怎樣的營商問題或訴求,如果年輕化的營銷策略是能夠解決問題,才有需要這樣做。
即是只向年輕群組營銷就可以了嗎?
年輕化營銷的動機通常不單是因為用戶群組的變動,更多是因為市場產生變化。
試想像,只針對年輕用戶進行營銷,其他年紀的用戶群會怎樣看待這個品牌?也許會認為品牌已不需要他們這群老客戶。

「傳播」層面上涵蓋品牌發佈的任何形式內容,包括社交媒體、品牌個性、形象、甚至創造品牌人格等等。此層面的營銷策略最易於調整,但所傳播的內容不易與用戶產生實在而又緊密的聯繫。因此,內容既要高質量又要富有年輕感,用戶才會主動關注品牌。
第二級:視覺
產品的外觀設計、包裝對年輕用戶而言有足夠吸引力嗎?假如產品包裝五十年如一日,單靠傳播層面,恐怕用戶難以直接感受到品牌變化,而年輕化的設計元素會帶給用戶不一樣的品牌印象。但視覺上的優化不是對品牌設計的顛覆,懂得巧妙地保留品牌特質同樣重要。
第三級:產品
最後,品牌必須讓產品更加符合新一代用戶群體的需要。所謂年輕化的產品關鍵在於,提供符合他們生活方式的產品和價格,例如綠色食品、素食、可再生物料、公平質易等等。產品的革新的確困難,因此可以從傳播層面開始試探用戶的反應,或者創立子品牌走年輕化的路線,都是成險較低的方法。
最後,品牌能得到甚麼好處?
